Hungry Hippie Hostel now has Camping + Glamping! Our canvas wall tents are waterproof and super cozy! Our version of Glamping includes: the 8'x16' tent, decking (with screened in porch), comfy mattress and breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Also included- a campfire ring + picnic table at each of our glamping sites. Tents are located within 200 feet of our brand new shower house. The shower house is divided into mens & womens spaces. Each space having two showers, three toilets and two sinks.

The campsite is perfect for cloud watching or star gazing. A great place to unplug and enjoy a good book or board games while taking in the sounds of songbirds, the scent of wildflowers, and the occasional sights of wildlife. Off the grid.

We are located on a small working organic farm with vegetable and perennial gardens, apple trees, and rustic accommodations. You have access to a picnic table, fire pit with grill, chairs and outhouse, you can also use the screened in porch and couch in the cabin! Private driveway off highway 17 makes this a great choice!

Forest Stargazer

Relax in a unique clear top tent, allowing for stargazing, aurora viewing or just watching the trees blow in the wind. These eco tents are waterproof and stormproof. There is room for 4 guests in the two full sized beds. There's a small coffee table inside and a pic-nic table and food prep table outside. Water and restrooms are available near the lake - a short distance away from the private tent.
