Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.

Less than 30 minutes to the worlds greatest attractions Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc. The beach is a 1 hour drive. One car parking. The room is connected to a family home you’re able to hear guest next door. Not for parties . Please NO pets.

Check in information will not be shared unless rental agreement is signed and valid ID submitted. Please send an inquiry not a booking request if you cannot instant book so no payment is required. Must climb a few stairs to get in. There is a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, (no stove). Please note this is a studio. It is a small place to crash.

Detached suite in Mills 50 food paradise

Our cozy urban-jungle retreat puts you in the heart of an impressive food district and is centrally located. You’ll be a short drive/walk from dozens of diverse restaurants and several concert venues. Our detached suite is great for both business travel (5 min from downtown) and pleasure (30 min from the theme parks). The main room of the suite has space for lounging, a wet bar, and a small desk. It connects to a room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

The Loft in College Park

The Loft is a private guesthouse located above our garage near Downtown Orlando and Ivanhoe Village. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars and shops. Also close to I-4 and easy access to the attractions. The studio space offers a queen size bed as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Luxurious full size bathroom with walk in shower and rain shower head. Perfect get away for those looking to enjoy Orlando!
