With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Castle Hill Studio

Castle Hill Studio has everything you need after a day exploring the nearby Ski fields, Craigieburn trails, Cave Stream, and Kura Tawhiti Rocks from your doorstep! Secluded, spacious, and with a full kitchen, the Studio has its own private entry and patio area. Secure bike or ski storage is available by arrangement. New Black Diamond Mondo bouldering mats are available for our climbing guests to hire. While the studio is spacious, it is best suited to 2 singles or 1 couple with young children.

For those who fancy a luxury escape; Stargaze the Milky Way from your own luxury outdoor bath, then come inside to a toasty warm fire. Enjoy the comfort of a king size bed with luxury linen, looking directly through to the lake and mountains beyond. In the bathroom, relax in our freestanding bath or enjoy a rain shower for two. Take in unobstructed views of the lake and mountains from your lounge room by day, and cosy up on the couch or wool beanbag for a movie at night. This is paradise.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Enjoy this fully self-contained apartment (50㎡ + deck) with breathtaking views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Perfect for a couple, it features a NZ King (167cmx203cm) bedroom separate from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The space is ideally suited for two, but we’re happy to accommodate a third guest using the sofa bed in the living room. There is a small kitchenette which has a fridge, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan and large microwave, There is a BBQ for when weather is warmer. Second on the right up Brake Hill.
