The Cozy Farmhouse

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene home. We enjoy hosting others, very responsive & proactive in what needs our attention. The house can sleep up to 10 people with a combination of beds, 1 pull out trundle & a sectional that pulls out to a full size bed. Air mattresses are available to sleep more people upon request. We are pet friendly you must let us know when reserving to properly apply pet fee as well as any extra guests. NO PARTIES allowed! Reach out to us if you have questions!

This comfortable 1940s home is situated in historic Mobberly Place minutes from downtown Longview. Located close to I-20, Hwy 80 and Hwy 259, it's a convenient launch point to the East Texas area. Also very close are LeTourneau University and the medical district, including both Christus Good Shepherd and Longview Regional hospitals. This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

We are 30 minutes from Lake O The Pines, 20 minutes to Bear Creek Smokehouse, and 15 minutes to Enochs Winery. We are a quick drive to Longview.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
