Welcome to Tiny on the Hill! Nestled privately at the top of a steep* driveway, Tiny on the Hill features a wrap around deck, private sauna, small frog pond and walking/xc skiing trails through the woods out back. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy Vermont year round! Located 15 mins from Burlington and 5mins from I-89 the location makes it convenient to enjoy Burlington while keeping the skiing/hiking/mountain biking destinations within an hours drive. It’s the perfect in-between spot.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bath.
