We offer this renovated camper which sleeps 2 adults and room on floor for cot. Or for children to sleep on floor. Very quiet location on a beautiful stream. Also with camper is fairly large lean too. We have reduced the price because our hot water heater has gone out. We have to do extensive work to do to upgrade which we will do before opening in the spring. We still have the cook stove to heat water up if needed and also heat for chilly nights. Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Enjoy peaceful nights rest in a fully appointed camper with Wifi, television or just unplug and get away from it all!.

The 12' slide out allows extra space for the couch and dinette. The awning provides extra protection from the weather. Private location with pond. 5 minute drive from downtown Saranac Lake. Picnic table. Fire pit and chairs. The trees provide a natural “fence “ for privacy. Bookings available May through October only. (Weather permitting)

We are off grid. So the camper is run off a generator with battery back up. It does have water and septic hooked up. Everything works as it should (water heater, a/c, refrigerator ect). We are close to burke mnt. And we are on a class 4 (unmaintained) road (atv friendly). You will be responsible for gas to use the generator. We do live onsite and can explain everything if you're not familiar with campers/generators. 1 queen bed, two small pull out sofas (kid size)

Less than 4 miles to markets and restaurants. -This historically significant hill is in the middle of largest section of the VAST trail system in the state and THE BEST mountain biking and hiking trails! -Only 20 miles outside of Burlington. Even closer to Lake Champlain. Hop, skip and a jump to Stowe.

Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV.
