The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

A cozy 3-bedroom cabin on Lake Alice. The place has patio, firepit, grill, picnic table, kayaks and paddle boat. It is also equipped with TV, DVD player, microwave oven, coffee maker, gas stove and refrigerator for your convenience. Lake Alice has great fishing and home to nice Largemouth Bass, Muskie, Northern and Panfish. We love spending time at our cabin and being on the lake. We would like to share this experience when our family is not using it. Come on out and enjoy a lakefront getaway!

This completely renovated cabin offers a cozy retreat with 1 bedroom featuring bunk beds and a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Once inside you will feel warm and comfortable while being able to see all the beauty nature has to offer through all the windows over looking the property. Plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare a meal or relax on the deck while grilling. Relax by the camp fire or cool off in the pond. Snowmobile and atv trails through back of property.

Easy access via blacktop road that takes you right to the place. It offers 56 ft of water frontage. A small public boat landing right in front, makes it easy to get on and off the water. A new dock to tie it up for the evening on those summer stays, and drive out (at own risk) on the ice for those winter months.

The cottage is located on 235 acres with two spring-fed lakes.
