Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Farm Charm is a great way to describe this house and the surrounding area. Its a country setting with plenty outside room for children to run and play. The porch is a great asset with, rocking chairs, picnic table, barbecue pit for grilling. Inside is decorated with a morden flair. All beds have new comfortable mattresses in a very spacious size room. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for your family. However, many guest dine out and visit Calloway Gardens.
