First Floor of Barn - Our "Precious Past" Suite is the lower level of the barn and is decorated with antiques that will refresh your memory of bygone days. This suite has a queen bed, dressing table, armoire, a sitting area with love-seat, TV, a charming antique dinette, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. It has a bath room with a shower. It is located in the country on a pond, where you can fish and relax under the old oak trees. Breakfast not included in price.

From the balcony of the Barn Loft Suite, one can observe the breathtaking view of the English gardens and the 200 year old majestic Evangeline oaks that canopy over the entire property. Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided.. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Nestled in the shady oaks of Sterling Grove Historic District in Lafayette, our quaint Carriage House suite is tucked behind the main home. Your accommodations come with our cocktail hour from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. and a gourmet breakfast freshly prepared each morning. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. in the main house. Need a pet friendly room? We can accommodate with a $25 pet cleaning fee not included in the room rate.
