Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

Clubhouse Cottage provides outstanding, modern, self-contained accommodation in the historic National Trust village of Lacock. On site parking for 2 cars, it's a 2 minute walk to the centre of the historic National Trust village, home to Lacock Abbey and the Fox Talbot museum of photography.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Wharf Cottage

The perfect family friendly retreat. Recently restored this pretty Georgian detached wharf cottage set within an acre of idyllic gardens abutting the beautiful Kennet and Avon canal. The cottage offers a chance for peace and tranquility or a fantastic base for a Wiltshire adventure. This period cottage has two living rooms & separate dining room. Fully equipped kitchen. King sized double, twin and single bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. A new shower & toilet has been added for 2026

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

The property is next door to the well known Whitehall Garden Centre, famous for its Christmas displays. There are two cafes available at Whitehall and there are a further 3 pubs with dining in Lacock. Plenty to explore nearby whether on foot with one of the many local walking routes or by car (e.g. Bath, Longleat, Castle Combe).
