Welcome to our private Sunset Studio! Enjoy your own private entrance and comfortable, self-contained space. The studio is attached to the main house by one wall and is completely separate from the main living areas. The studio includes a kitchenette and is located close to our Wi-Fi router for a fast and reliable connection, perfect for remote work, streaming, and video calls. Self check-in is available. On your check-in day, I’ll send you the door code. We look forward to hosting you!

This cozy studio is attached to the main house. Guests have the whole place to themselves with private entrance. Fully furnished, kitchen for basic cooking, 1 Queen size bed, Wi-Fi, Alexa and Swimming Pool (not heated) ***. Guests private entrance is through side gate. (key will be in lockbox). Parking is available on street. *** 18 and older. Not suitable for children*** (The pool is for registered guests only.) Visitors who are not staying on the property are not permitted to use it.
