The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Steps to shops and great restaurants, you won't even need your car. Window AC in the living room and portable AC in both bedrooms. There is $250 pet fee. There is one assigned parking space. Parking spots got expanded 2 years ago to accomodate most cars. Measurements: W-106 and H-83 inches
