Le cottage fleuri du manoir

Le cottage est situé sur la propriété d’un manoir du XVIe siècle, dans une région viticole proche de La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Doté d’une entrée indépendante, il bénéficie de son propre jardin et de sa buanderie annexe. Entièrement restauré nous l’avons décoré en chinant et en travaillant avec des matériaux locaux. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une pièce à vivre avec un coin cuisine et la salle de douche. La chambre est en mezzanine. Profitez du calme et de la verdure !

Chers futurs invités(es), Bienvenue dans notre superbe appartement duplex ! Veuillez noter que c'était auparavant notre maison. Moi-même et Simba avons vécu ici heureux pendant un certain temps et tout a été fait sur mesure, selon mes goûts. Niché à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 5 minutes de la gare, cet hébergement vous offrira je l'espère une expérience vraiment remarquable pour ceux qui recherchent confort, style et commodité. I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Quiet of the countryside in the heart of a village and at the feet of vines. Garden furniture and barbecue. Huge kitchen with dining area upstairs. Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

Confortable gite à 2 h de Paris, au sud de la Puisaye et à 20mns du chantier médiéval du Guédelon, du château de St Fargeau et ses spectacles historiques, du musée Colette à St-Sauveur ainsi que des vignobles de Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, C’est dans un Hameau près du village de Perroy, à 5km de Donzy et ses commerces et 20 km de Cosne-sur-Loire que nous avons aménagé ce gite indépendant, avec son jardin privatif au sein d’une ancienne ferme des 18 et 19ème S.

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.
