The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Sinilepo, talo no. 3 -Talo luonnon keskellä

Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majapaikassa. Sijainti keskellä kaunista eteläkarjalaista maaseutua. Loistavat puitteet ulkoiluun. Talossa on sähkösauna. Samassa pihapiirissä on myös puulämmitteinen sauna, joka on sovitusti majoittujien käytettävissä. Savitaipaleen keskustaan on n. 17 km. Lähin uimaranta löytyy n. 7 km päässä, entisellä kivilouhoksella. 18 km päässä on Lepänkannon uimaranta, joka on matala ja hiekkapohjainen. Ko. uimarannalla on myös grillikatos.

Villa Mustikkamäki is a modern, stylish Honkarakenne log-house in a tranquil lakeside setting. It was built in 2022. It is located in idyllic Vuolenkoski village on the shore of a peaceful lake. Distance by car: Helsinki Airport 144km Lahti 48km Heinola 37km Vierumäki 23km Supermarket 8km The heart of the Villa is the open plan living room with large scenic windows that bring the surrounding nature indoors. A separate sauna building and a hot tub are located near the lake shore.

Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

I Holiday cottage on the island in Lake Saimaa

Fisherman's hut I and II are well-equipped two-bedroom holiday cottages in Lake Saimaa near Partakoski, Savitaipale in South-Western Finland. The cottages are located on Lapinsalo island. In the summer, they can be accessed by boat (a journey of 1 km) and in the winter, conditions permitting, they can be accessed by an ice road. We will teach you to drive a motor boat.
