The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

An ideally located 30sqm studio with a unique romantic sunset view, less than 1 km away from the main town of Parikia. A spacious veranda with a marble dining table, a comfy bedroom with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio is only 10 minutes walk from the old market street, and a few minutes drive from the famous beaches of Paroikia.

Krios Luxury Suites ~ Silver

Krios Luxury Suites is located in Krios Beach. The Silver house it’s the first that we created, out of the three houses in the complex! It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).
