The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

Το Σπίτι χτίστηκε από τους Ενετούς τον 15ο αιώνα ως μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος 24 κατοικιών. Αυτό το συγκρότημα σπιτιών ονομάζεται «Κάστρο» και βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του χωριού της Αντιπάρου. Η είσοδος στο ''κάστρο'' γίνεται από μια κεντρική πύλη που ειναι διπλά από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού.
