Ανεξάρτητο Studio με πατάρι, το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται στον ισόγειο χώρο και τα δύο μονά κρεβάτια σε πατάρι, μπάνιο, κουζίνα, άνετη αυλή μπροστά στη θάλασσα και στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού.
