A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.
