Hoch oben gelegen, mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick auf das Meer, sanfte Hügel und majestätische Berge, entfaltet sich hier eine Kulisse, die Tag für Tag aufs Neue verzaubert. This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.
