The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Bend in the Creek is located creek-side in King Salmon; less than 2 miles from King Salmon's airport but only a short charter flight or boat ride to all that the Alaska Peninsula has to offer. Weather you come to visit Brooks camp to see the bears or the valley of 10,000 smokes You can enjoy fly-fishing in our local streams, fishing for some Rainbow Trout, Kings, Silvers or Red Salmon, Bend in the creek Rental fits the bill perfectly.

Watch the fishing vessels traveling by from several large, south-facing windows. You will be staying on the second floor of the house complete with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.
