In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Sie befindet sich mitten im Naherholungsgebiet der Stadt Salzburg und ist von mehreren kleinen Seen (u.a. auch kostenloser Badesee) umgeben. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus "Strickerl" ist an einem der schönsten Wanderorte der Welt gelegen, im Salzkammergut. Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.
