Featuring a hot tub for 6 people, a deck overlooking the magnificent ocean, and beautiful back yard to complement the setting. Trinidad State Park directly borders this home to the North, so you're right at the edge of great walking trails. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance. Klamath Overlook House

A quiet and secluded 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house overlooking the ocean. The house has been remodeled. This place is great for whale watching from the living room, birding on the deck and to enjoy the beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean. Our house is perfect for families or small groups. We can sleep 6 people (plus a full size sofa bed). Kenton is second generation fishing guide so if you are interested in a fishing trip or scenic jet boat tours please let us know!

Our location is centrally located for travel and shopping, within walking distance of popular attractions, including Preston Island, Sea Quake Brewing, Rumiano Cheese Company, Brother Jonathan Park, Crescent City Dog Town dog park, and the Crescent City Skate Park. Pebble Beach is a five-minute drive, and a 15-minute drive will get you to Jedediah State Park where you can bask in the beauty of majestic redwoods.

Within walking distance from Walmart Supercenter (0.2 Miles / 4 Minutes) and Sutter Coast Hospital (0.7 Miles / 14 Minutes) makes it very convenient. Please note: there is construction going on in the neighborhood Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm. Ping Pong table and bikes available upon request.
