Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property. Brigston Cottage is one of the oldest in the hamlet. It is centrally located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway Ideal for exploring the whole area.This is a non pet property.

A secluded cottage set between the small village of Clarencefield and the surrounding woods. A wonderfully peaceful and welcoming get away to recharge and embrace the surrounding nature. The area acts a gateway to Dumfries and Galloway, the UK's last undiscovered region. The cottage dates back to the 1700s and has undergone an extensive modernisation to make it a cozy retreat for up to 4 people at anytime of the year.

Dumfries and Galloway is a part of Southern Scotland often overlooked by those heading North to the Highlands. It retains a slow old fashioned character and is a hub for arts and crafts as well as having many lovely beaches, pubs and restaurants. Our cottage is just the thing for getting away from modern life and relaxing. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views, great walks etc. Dogs are welcome
