A unique holiday home, self contained with own kitchen and bathroom. Located within gardens of hosts home with outdoor seating and BBQ for your use. Located within Heacham, 20 minute walk to beach, some free parking. Hunstanton, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Hall and Wells next to the Sea, all within a few miles. All basics are provided dishwashing stuff, shower gel, shampoo soap Twin beds can be pushed together into a double. Fridge, Combi Oven, Hob,Toaster, Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The 17th century brick and flint Yew Tree Cottage has been renovated to an exceptional standard with super king bed.  Located in North Norfolk Coast and Georgian town of Holt, in peaceful and quiet rural setting. Saxlingham is a small hamlet with XVI century church and rich medieval history, great walks, pubs and restaurants close by. Set in peaceful no through country lane, in a private garden, accessed through an oak gate, surrounded by trees, with internal parking space. Transparent dome!

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

The Wendy House a retro 1960s chalet by the sea

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

The Woodland Boat at Manor Farm Stays with hot tub

This is a unique experience to stay on a boat on dry land! Set amidst acres of quiet countryside on a working stud farm, The Boat has been lovingly restored to a very high standard equipped with everything you need. The private hot tub is totally secluded and is as far away from anyone else as it gets! The Boat is ideally situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Dogs are more than welcome. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.
