Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

This unique annexe is a converted barn, attached to the main barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestled on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) This is an attractive, spacious conversion with a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.

The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Outside there is a south facing patio area with table and chairs, this is shared with the owners. Off-road parking is available. Situated on the outskirts of Thetford, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.
