Enter into tranquility in this beautifully decorated home only 2 1/2 miles to Wrightsville Beach, NC! Sitting perfectly on the green of hole #3 of the Inland Greens Golf Course, which is a challenging par 3 course. Main living area is to the right as you enter, kitchen with all the necessities of home, dining room with seating for 6 and main living area with large flat screen TV. Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

We are centrally located halfway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. It is a perfect spot, private and quiet, with easy access to I-40, Market Street and College Road. Wrightsville Beach: 5 miles Downtown: 6 miles UNCW: 3 miles Mayfaire: 2 miles

PARTY POLICY: The Great Escape is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood and no parties of any kind are permitted. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. ILM King Bed, Private Entry, Downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe!!

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.

Nestled in conveniently-located King's Grant neighborhood, this home features an open floor plan and large fenced backyard. You'll have easy access to downtown (11 minutes), area beaches (13 minutes to Wrightsville, 30 to Carolina Beach) and the airport (11 minutes). This beautiful, newly constructed guest house, situated behind the main home is a private, open concept, studio style space that has all the amenities you need for a one night stay or a multiple week vacation.
