Endless glorious walks start from the front door, with a hot tub to soak in when you return.

Kingsize hand made bed, linen covers, wool duvet. Simple kitchen, with fridge freezer, oven and induction hob, little shower room. Outside a tiny private courtyard, with steps to a garden. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.
