E. Gray house

E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The Corner House is in the heart of Kilmacthomas village, a few minutes walk from Main Street where you will find eateries, EV charge points, shops and access to the beautiful Greenway walking and cycling route. Kilmacthomas is the half-way point on the Waterford Greenway (46km of former railway line from Waterford City to Dungarvan). Entry to the Greenway is just opposite the property. Situated a two minute walk to the local supermarket, cafe, pub and fish and chip shop. No smoking. No Pets. 2 nights minimum stay.

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.
