Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Willkommen in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung nur wenige Gehminuten vom Wörthersee entfernt. Das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment verfügt über einen privaten KFZ-Abstellplatz und eine gemütliche Terrasse die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Reifnitz 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 300m erreicht. Der Wörthersee ist das ganze Jahr über zugänglich, im Sommer ist der Strandbadeintritt inklusive. Nur über Treppe zugänglich.

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie z.B. Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Die 2022 neu renovierte, helle und freundliche Studiowohnung mit ca. 22 m2 ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das bequeme Doppelbett hat eine Größe von 160x200 cm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Die Klagenfurter Innenstadt erreichen Sie nach 5-10 Gehminuten.

Unsere neu renovierte und sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Kirchplatz ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gewährleisten. Eine wunderschön eingerichtetes intimes Paradies mit Fernblick im ersten Stock für einen romantischen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.
