Sunnyside Manor

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.

Relax and watch the kids from one of our two decks as they swim, kayak, paddle board, fish, and play outdoors. Whether you are a family or group of friends; we supply most everything you will need to create fantastic memories.

Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.
