Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

When you first arrive, you will find the entrance on a large, covered patio. There is a gas grill there for your use. We also have a fire pit, so bring wood. Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Second story one bedroom studio above small hair salon. Unique building conveniently located near historic downtown, major highways, restaurants and distilleries. Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. A window A/C unit (added 8/25) helps keep the 2nd story space cool during summer months. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.

It is located 5 miles from Churchill Downs, 7 miles from the airport, and 2 miles from downtown.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Driveway Parking. Backyard is a shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. Pool closes Sept 20th! Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for a fee.

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville.
