The tree-lined streets are a short walk from the restaurants, bars, and boutiques on Bardstown Road. You do not need a car around here - everything is a short walk away. Parks, restaurants, shops, grocery stores are all within 5 minutes on foot. Downtown or Churchill Downs are is a 5-10 minute drive away. Street parking is available.

Our full basement apartment with private entrance is modest but comfortable. Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area.
