It is close to coast and village, so an ideal property for a couples romantic getaway, walkers, couples holidaying with pets or those wanting a base to explore the whole of West Cornwall.

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

The Sanctuary

Set in a tranquil garden overlooking Praa Sands bay. Excellent location for exploring Marazion, St Ives, Penzance, Porthleven,the South West Coast Path and West Cornwall, being on a main bus route although plenty of parking available. The Coach and Horses pub opposite is great for food although many eateries nearby.

As such, it is ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall’s attractions and the coast paths and beaches of both the south and north coasts.

The summer house is also well located to explore the South of Cornwall, with Penzance and Marazion only a stone throw away, as well as St Ives and even lands end!
