Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

The Just Fish Inn

Very nice private level BnB rental in Homer. Amazing bay/mountain views from all rooms.A remote feel just a few minutes from town & the spit. Private level & entry. 2 bedrooms w/queen and twin beds in each. Full size futon in the living room for sleeping up to 5. Full kitchen & bath w/laundry.Freezer to store your catch! Breakfast items in the fridge for you to prepare at your leisure.Wildlife frequent the yard. We run guided fishing trips on all Kenai Peninsula rivers & book halibut trips too.

Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Sea Suite has two bedrooms with a 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite is located on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the deck, you can watch seals & sea otters play and other critters swim by. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The Homer Shores Boardwalk is home to a candy shop, ice cream shop, restaurants, gift shops and more.

Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, convenient laundry access, & the chance to see local wildlife right outside the back door — moose (often with calves), ravens, Steller’s jays, squirrels, & on rare occasions, a bear. We also provide plenty of resources to help you plan your stay.

Cozy Studio Apartment with Alpine View

This unique, private studio apartment is a cozy getaway right on the edge of the Alaskan backcountry. Enjoy the opportunity to witness sandhill cranes, moose, foxes, and other wildlife right out your window! Comfortably sleeps 3 with 2 x twin beds and a convertible futon bed. Apartment includes private bathroom, coffee & tea, microwave, fridge, double burner, full cooking supplies, TV with ROKU, and wifi. Property has plenty of parking. A remarkably short 10-minute drive to downtown Homer.

Great Apartment (late check-in late check-out!)

Please note before booking that check in is after 6:30 pm and check out is before 4 pm! I named this unit Geode-it is nice and homey on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special place. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. Lovely quiet neighborhood and large shared yard.

Come stay at our clean private suite located minutes from the airport, downtown and Kincaid Park! The airport is just 2 miles away. This one bedroom suite offers a comfortable queen sized bed and a full sized hide-a-bed in the living room couch. This cozy smoke-free suite is connected to our home but you can come and go as you please through your own private entrance. It is the perfect place to stay on your next Alaskan adventure. Redwood Cabin has a feel of rustic Alaska, with a modern touch. Our cabin sit in the back of three acres in a quiet, country neighborhood. Enjoy the majestic aurora borealis, bald eagles, moose, bears, our world-famous bird watching, and more from the comfort of your cabin.

Modern colorful "sweet"

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.

Our guest house is 8 minutes away from Anchorage International Airport. The property is located near Campbell Lake and 5 minutes away from Kincaid Park as well as the beautiful setting of nature and wildlife. We hope to be your connection to the best local food and drink, art and music, fun and adventures. Our goal is to help you experience Anchorage and Alaska in the best possible way and we would like to help play a small part in that.
