My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, Please note, There is no parking at the flat, but there are options like"Park on my drive" via the internet to find spaces. There is a good selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. Comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memorymattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.

The flat is extremely close to shops, restaurants and Brighton Marina, and just a stones throw from the beach! The flat is located about 10 minutes walk away from Brighton’s famous Palace Pier, and only 1 minute from the sea front…. There are shops, cafes, galleries, pubs etc right on the doorstep, with the centre of Brighton being only 10-15 minutes walk away!

The sea and Lido are at one end of our historic terrace, with cafés, bars and restaurants of Kemptown Village at the other. No 14's private studio room has cooking facilities, walled patio, and separate shower room. On the lower floor there's a washing machine and a dryer - and we welcome small dogs! Communal entrance. Royal Pavilion is a 15 min scenic stroll. Brighton Station about 15 mins by bus and 7 mins by cab. No events, not suitable for infants or children, sorry.
