We are within walking distance to all amenities: bus or train stations, high street shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The Tailor’s Loft is bright and airy, with high ceilings, large sash & case windows, and backing onto the stunning 70 acre Pittencrieff Park and Glen.

Once the ancient capital of Scotland, Dunfermline was recently awarded city status again. It is a short commute to the capital Edinburgh. Our property has the most unique views of the iconic Dunfermline Abbey, the burial place of Scottish Kings and Queens, and where the tomb of Robert the Bruce can be seen. De Brus Hoose offers the ideal location to explore Scotland from.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
