The surrounding area is rich in ancient history, with many gorgeous beaches, gorges, and archeological sites to visit.

Μικρή πέτρινη μεζονέτα στο παραδοσιακό και διατηρητέο Βυζαντινό χωριό 'Λιθίνες'. Βρίσκεται μόλις 8χλμ από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες της νότιας Κρήτης και 25χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο της Σητείας. Στα 276 μέτρα υψόμετρο, το ιδιαίτερα ήπιο κλίμα του χωριού προσφέρει γρήγορη ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση.
