Sunny, spacious 4-bedroom Cape with your own private fresh water beach. Jenkins Pond is one of the cleanest spring fed ponds on Cape Cod! Enjoy kayaking, swimming and fishing outside your back door. This is the quintessential Cape experience - you cannot do better than this central, but yet off the tourist track, location. Walk down to your private beach, and take dip in the warm water, fish or kayak off the dock or just relax!

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, fishermen, families (with kids) and large groups.
