We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. In der Nähe von Poreč, finden Sie die freistehende Villa SUN, mit Swimmingpool und Meerblick. Die 2025 fertiggestellte Villa SUN - eingerichtet mit Italienischen Designermöbeln, verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die BBQ-Küche am Pool. Der Wohn- Essbereich lädt zu schönen Abenden ein. In den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern finden Sie erholsamen Schlaf und wachen mit Meerblick auf. Ein großer umzäunter Garten, für Kind und Hund zum spielen. E-Ladestation für Autos im Hof.

Casa Collini - Luxuriöse Villa mit Meerblick+Pool

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
