Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

This amazing and peaceful house is great for a city escape. Surrounded by greenery and only 5 min by car from the beach, it has everything for a relaxed holiday. Enjoy the hot tub, relax on sun bed, prepare a BBQ for a dinner on the terrace, or go for a walk in surrounding hills. The house is well equipped, but if you need anything, our family lives close by and can assist you at any time. Parking is free and we do recommend arriving with a vehicle, it's more convenient during the summer heat.
