Small apartment -own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV and its own toilet. A spa with a jacuzzi, sauna heated with wood, and relax. The apartment is in our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

A well-designed 27 sqm apartment featuring a main room with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for three. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and storage shelves. Guests have full access to the apartment, including free WiFi, bedding, towels, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, coffee, and tea. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is ongoing construction in the area, but the work is scheduled for regular work hours on weekdays.

Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.
