My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Notre maison est située au coeur de la région d'Apokronas, entre les contreforts des Montagnes Blanches et les eaux cristallines de la baie de Souda (20min). Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

Avra Apartments - Λεβάντες

Το διαμέρισμα «Λεβάντες» είναι μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη δίχωρη γκαρσονιέρα η οποία βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 2 άτομα. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού Καλύβες η οποία προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα προς τον κόλπο της Σούδας αλλά ταυτόχρονα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση μπορείτε να βρείτε super market, εστιατόρια και καφέ, ενώ οι αμμώδεις βραβευμένες με μπλε σημαία παραλίες των Καλυβών απέχουν 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο στο Νέο Χωριό και αποτελεί μέρος ενός συγκροτήματος 5 κατοικιών με κοινόχρηστη πισίνα. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό κήπο και χώρο στάθμευσης. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όμορφη θέα στον κόλπο της Σούδας και στα Λευκά 'Ορη. Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.
