Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bathrooms with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, as well as a sauna. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with bathroom, a guest toilet and a large living and dining area with fireplace, kitchen, dining table, TV and a sofa/sleeper for 2 persons. The large terrace offers a fantastic mountain view of the Hohe Tauern.

Eine frei stehende Badewanne und unsere Zirbenholz Sauna gehören sicher zu den Dingen welche man anderswo nicht so leicht findet.

Kleine Sonne is een luxe appartement voor 10 personen dat in de zomer van 2024 volledig en hoogwaardig is gerenoveerd. Uniek is het uitzicht op de Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun) vanaf de woonkamer en het balkon. Het appartement beschikt over een ruime woonkeuken, vier slaapkamers, drie badkamers, een privé sauna en garage.
