This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

So close to the National Park and Belgrave. It's the whole ground floor of our house, completely private, seperate entry and parking. We live upstairs and can’t wait for you to enjoy what we love every day. Fitness required to walk up the yard, no disabled access - but it's worth it! Dedicated parking and only a few mins to the bus.

Located in Sassafras, Clare Cottage is the perfect forest retreat for exploring the Dandenong Ranges. Relax in the giant spa bath or read a book on the back deck overlooking the tree ferns. Enjoy a romantic night in with a home cooked meal in the full kitchen (oven, gas stove top, microwave). Star gaze by the outdoor fire pit in summer or snuggle by the indoor fireplace listening to a record in winter. Both bedrooms have top of the range bedding and offer stunning tree top views.

Situated in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, a one hour drive from Melbourne's CBD, The Artisan’s Cottage is a truly unique place to unwind. Set in almost one acre of rambling gardens, the cottage features a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed, a beautifully appointed ensuite, a large living/dining room warmed by a wood fire and a well equipped kitchenette. The Artisan's Cottage is home to Penny Olive Sourdough bakery and Tiny Block Wine, run by your hosts Penny and Andrew.

Cosy size ( 24 m2 internal and 8m2 balcony) , but well appointed, and near trams and trains. On the second floor, with no lift ( sorry). A perfect getaway for exploring the cool bars and eateries of Prahran, South Yarra and St. Kilda, and a short stroll to Albert Park Lake. Great for singles, or couples who are okay with a double bed. Aircon, Wi-fi.

Enjoy the sunset over the surrounding hill then indulge in a luxurious spa under the stars or simply watch the abundanthe wallabies/deers/wombat that often graze on the grassy slopes at dawn and dusk. Lombardy poplar leaves on the drive way turn yellow in the fall, and don't forget to take photos with the incredible red maples at the front yard!
