Το διαμέρισμα απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι και το κέντρο της Παροικιάς. Υπάρχει μπορστινή αυλή με κήπο γεμάτο λουλούδια, τέλειο μέρος για να χαλαρώσετε και να ξεκινήσετε τη μέρα σας. Το διαμέρισμα αυτό είναι ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα πλήρες επιπλωμένο με κουζίνα. Ακόμα, υπάρχει μονοπάτι που οδηγεί σε κοντινή παραλία μόλις 50 μέτρα απόσταση από το σπίτι με τέλεια θέα το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Στο κεντρικό δρόμο πάνω από το σπίτι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου.
