Η παλιά πόλη , τα μαγαζιά και η νυχτερινή ζωή είναι 1200 μέτρα μακριά . Είναι 33 τετραγωνικά , έχει μικρή κουζίνα, ένα διπλό κρεβάτι , ντουλάπα , τηλεόραση , μπάνιο με διπλό νιπτήρα και ντουζιέρα. Εξωτερικά διαθέτη βεράντα , κτιστούς καναπέδες και τζακούζι δεν θερμαίνεται.

Το διαμέρισμα απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι και το κέντρο της Παροικιάς. Υπάρχει μπορστινή αυλή με κήπο γεμάτο λουλούδια, τέλειο μέρος για να χαλαρώσετε και να ξεκινήσετε τη μέρα σας. Το διαμέρισμα αυτό είναι ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα πλήρες επιπλωμένο με κουζίνα.
