A quiet Pvt villa 20 meters from beach

A quiet, very private 4 bedroomed villa only 25 meters from the beach with large gardens on either side. 2 large bed rooms and 2 small rooms all with attached bathrooms & hot water. We have a relaxing verandah with day beds and comfy seating spaces overlooking the villas private pool. This is where you would probably spend most of your day. 150 meters from the Wadduwa train station and about half a KM from Wadduwa town. This is villa is one of our family holiday homes.

The Upper Deck is a private upstairs annex in Kelaniya with an AC bedroom, kitchen (mini fridge, microwave, gas cooker), living area, balcony, and bathroom with hot water. This house is away from noisy, dusty road sides yet close to the supermarkets and mouthwatering food outlets/delivery services. As the pics say its simply furnished with a queen sized bed, cupboard, writing table, mini fridge and facilities to make tea/coffee. a washroom with hot watter is available aswell.
