Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on kokku 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Korter mahutab 3 külalist (1 lahtikäiv lisavoodi). Parkimine hoovis tasuta. Koduloomad on oodatud.

Lossivaremed, kohvikud, hinnatud restoranid, poed, Viljandi järv, muuseumid ja ajalooline vanalinn - kõik on 10 minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korter asub 1870. aastal punasest tellisest ehitatud maja esimesel korrusel. Sisekujunduses on lähtutud uuest ja vanast ning eksponeeritud on vanad punasest tellisest seinad. Korter on ka "Aasta kodu 2023" konkursi finalist.
