Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located family friendly abode. Nestled at the top of a highly desired mountainside neighborhood, our apartment is attached to a larger home. There is a private entrance, outdoor seating, and a gorgeous view! Our fully stocked kitchen comes complete with a Keurig, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, and a variety of kitchen gadgets such as serving spoons, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, dishes, and a full set of pots and pans.

It’s just a few steps to the river, or take a stroll to the Mendenhall Wetlands trail, 300 yards from the doorstep, along a 3 mile trail maintained all year. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed, and there are twin/full air mattresses in case you need to squeeze another kiddo or friend in there. You will love this brand new condo!

AKNS Ocean View Room

The AKNS Ocean View Room is a 400 square foot studio. It includes a queen bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator & microwave, and a small table with 2 chairs. Wireless internet is included along with a smart HD streaming TV (no subscriptions). The bathroom has a tiled shower, towels & a hairdryer. It has a spectacular view of the ocean and our gardens. Its own entrance is down a short boardwalk from your off-street parking with easy access to the beach and our beach-front gazebo.

Close enough to be in town in just a few minutes drive, but out of town enough to feel like you’re away from the busyness.
