This is a great place to relax on the deck, splash in the lake, take a paddle boat or kayak ride, and enjoy an evening around the fire pit. There is on-premise parking and a boat dock available too. Quick access to the boat ramp at Lakeshore Marina, the walking and bike trail, Nautical Rose....and of course the beautiful lake!

For relaxing or playing, this little gem has it all! Gorgeous lake views with a beach ajacent to the lot, you can unwind on the patio with a firepit or jump in the water for refreshing fun. Close to the walking/biking trail and just a few minutes to the marina this location cannot be beat. Completely updated - we are still in the process of finishing small details such as trim work. Completion Fall of '22. There is on site parking for five vehicles.
