This 3 bed 2 bath 1600 sq ft cottage is on a 5 acre private land, one side borders the Sierra National Forest and is only a turn away from Highway 140. It has a spacious living area, dining, kitchen, laundry, a large viewing deck, a small library and a game room.

We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view. My husband and I live on the adjacent property .

Our house is supplied with a Tesla Powerwall battery backup system designed to supply power to 5 circuits in the house for 6 - 8 hours in case of a power outage in the area. Price includes 13% TOT tax.
